Most features are free and accessible without creating an account. Certain advanced features, such as electronic signature, are offered as paid services and may be operated by external providers (e.g., signature APIs like Yousign or other partners).
The site may display banner ads or sponsored content that help fund and maintain the core free features. A “Partners” section may include links to third-party sites. Difyzi is not responsible for the content of external sites.
Access to free tools is open to all users. Paid features, such as electronic signature, require payment of a fee shown at the time of use, or a subscription where applicable. Uploaded files are processed temporarily and automatically deleted after processing. Information necessary for billing and for the performance of paid services may be collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These terms of use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be submitted to the competent courts.
